A Church That Prays

Powerful, Necessary, & Effective

Music Ministry

Calvary puts emphasis on vertical worship. It’s a time to glorify and sing praises to God through music and song. If you are called to the ministry of worship through music and are skilled on your instrument or voice, we encourage you to email the church at info@cc-gc.org.

Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 5:19-20

Audio-Visual

Do you enjoy some of the technical, behind-the- scenes aspects of the worship services? Each week our audio visual team uses some of the latest technology to enhance sound, manage recording, computer graphics and more.

We are always seeking those techies out there who are passionate about this type of work and would like to share their gift. Training is offered to all ministry members. Email media@cc-gc.org if you would like to serve.

Ushers & Greeters

Our purpose for serving as ushers and greeters is to provide a welcoming atmosphere, a friendly smile with a handshake and to be a source of direction to our congregation and visitors. We additionally assist in other elements of our Sunday services such as collecting offerings and distributing communion.

If you would like to become an usher or greeter, please contact info@cc-gc.org.

Parking Ministry

At Calvary, we realize that often your first interaction with a church is before you ever step foot into the doors. Our parking lot attendants are the “first face” of Calvary that you’ll get to see. From helping with handicap parking, escorting our Calvary Kids safely to and from buildings, to making sure you don’t get soaked in the unpredictable rain storm, our parking lot attendants do a fantastic job of reflecting Christ’s love.

If you think you have what it takes to be the welcoming face or the helping hand to guests, visitors, and regulars each week, see Dan Kirby… when he’s not dodging cars that is!
